This half-hour comedy considered itself a “mockumentary” or satiric documentary that was presented as if it were factual, but was not.  This series, produced by Adjacent 2 Entertainment in Montreal, attempted to portray the lives of parents and their children in local hockey tournaments. The show took place in Briarside, a fictional Canadian town, whose local hockey team was trying to win a trip to a tournament in Quebec. The series followed Farqueson’s Funeral Home Warriors, an underdog Atom hockey team on the road to a prestigious tournament. The Warriors’ players were all heart, but the parents’ behaviour was troublesome.

It was anounced in February 2006 that the series would not be renewed for a further season.
