Aired Saturday nights from May to October, 1971. Aired Saturday nights from April to July, 1972; aired Friday nights during the summer of 1972.

This half hour musical variety program was a showcase for new Canadian talent. It was hosted by Gordie Tapp.

The shows were recorded  from coast-to-coast in front of a studio audience, who often showed their regional exuberance for a particular local favourite.

The producer was Ray McConnell and the executive producer was Len Starmer.
