The following year the program title was changed to simply Gabereau, and the start of the 2002-2003 season saw another change, this time to Vicki Gabereau. Vicki’s warm and witty interviewing skills made Canadian and international performers and personalities happy to guest on her shows and her 1998 program with Robert Duvall earned her a Gemini nomination.

Vicki’s series played 10:00 – 11:00am Monday – Friday from September 1997 through the fall of 2002, when it moved to an afternoon slot, 2:00 – 3:00pm. From its inception, the series originated from CTV’s Vancouver studios.   The final show of the eight-season series was taped on April 6th 2005. On hand for the taping were favourite guests Michael Buble, Brent Butt and Jann Arden, with pretaped greetings from Diana Krall and Elvis Costello.
