Aired Sunday afternoons, at various times, from January 1963 to June, 1965.

Aimed at the teenage audience, this program was one of the first genuine variety shows produced specifically by the CBC for youth. Most shows had a film or original drama supplemented by music, dance and comedy. The first season featured four monthly Youth Concerts hosted by Harry Somers.

The series was generous to young writers; it even produced Ants Don’t Leave Footprints by 18 year-old Norman Skolnick. Other featured writers included David Freeman andGwendolyn McEwan, with staffers Des Dixon, Ron Krantz and Terry Ross.

Cast: George Allen, Joanne Brooks, Susan Conway, Paul Fitzgerald, Marilou Green, Rena Jackson, singer Wendi Gladstone, comic actor Wayne Murphy , Mira Pawluk, Wayne Thompson, dancer Brian Foley, singer Sheri-Lee Hall, and ventriloquist Carolyn Blythe and her puppet Sandy.
