Aired Tuesday nights during the summer of 1973; aired Sunday nights during the summers of 1974 and 1975.
This two hour time slot was first dedicated to foreign films and some of the works of Charlie Chaplin, but in 1975 it presented Canadian feature films. The line up included The Hard Part Begins, directed by Paul Lynch; the NFB feature, The Heatwave Lasted Four Days, directed by Douglas Jackson; More Joy In Heaven, based on Morley Callaghan’s novel; and Claude Jutra’s Mon Oncle Antoine.
