Aired Sunday afternoons during the summer in 1957, 1958 and 1962.
Aired daily, Monday through Friday, during the summer of 1982.
Junior Magazine was replaced by Summer Magazine in 1957 and 1958.
In 1962, the series was revamped and had a different host each week. In 1982, a similar show replaced CBC’s daily, noon-hour talk show with different hosts working from a different Canadian city.
The formats were basically the same: wide ranging Canadian topics with the occasional film documentary thrown in for good measure.
