Network: CBC Television Network
Broadcast Run: 1963 to 1964
Broadcast Medium: Television
Aired every other Sunday night at 10:30, from October 1963 to July 1964.
Alternating with the public affairs show called Horizon, this half hour broadcast had a spiritual slant, editorially speaking. Most of the interviews examined belief and morality without the dogma associated with any one religion.
The show debuted with Charles Templeton interviewing Malcolm Boyd, a television producer who gave it all up and joined an Episcopal Seminary. Other shows were a little more secular in nature, including a conversation with Claude Ryan and Jean-Charles Felardeau on the French Canadian way of life, with Michael Magee, and an examination of the Canadian Film Industry.
Host: J. Frank Willis
Producer: Del Mackenzie
