Readings of poetry and prose by J. Frank Willis, assisted by organist Allan Reid and violinist Leon Bolkozotsky. 10.00-10.30 Eastern time on Sunday evenings from Halifax to the CBC national network, originating with CHNS.

Commenced 1935. In 1936, when Frank Willis was hired by the CBC as a producer and moved to Toronto, the program was continued under the title “Nocturne”. The organist then was Quentin Maclean.
