Aired Friday evenings from July 5 to September 20, 1974. Repeated Wednesday evenings in the summer of 1975.
Bob Switzer hosted this program from the Vancouver Public Aquarium. It was a serious attempt to bring aquatic life to the screen in the tradition of Jacques Cousteau and The Nature Of Things.
The program was produced by Switzer and featured Dr. Murray Newman, curator of the aquarium. The show looked at sea mammals, sharks, ground fish and other salt water animals. A couple of episodes followed Dr. Newman on his trips to the South Pacific and Australia.
Producer: Gordon Glynn
