Aired Saturday nights during the summer of 1973.
This half hour musical variety program was named after the 18 piece band called Stratusfaction, from Calgary. Nine musicians and nine singers made up the group. They performed contemporary pop music with some show tunes thrown in for good measure.
The show was produced by Dave Robertson and recorded at the Manitoba Theatre Centre in June 1973. Each of the first five shows had a special guest: Catherine McKinnon, Ed Evanko, Dianne Hetherington, Pat Rose, and Diane Stapley.
