Aired Monday afternoons, after school, from September 1972 to March 1974.
This half hour program was aimed at children between the ages of 9 and 14. It was hosted by Prof. Maxwell G. Moffett, a British designer and engineer. He presented the basic elements of science with two students, Claire-Ann and Stuart Bundy, sister and brother.
Each week Prof. Moffett used ordinary, household objects to present and demonstrate experiments with the fundamental properties of science. He used empty bottles, tin cans, bells etc. to illustrate the principles of sound, for instance. Other subjects included the solar system, flight, minerals, plastics, time, computers and robotics.
Mediavision, Inc. and Durelle Productions produced the series for the CBC.
