Frank L. Baum’s classic tale of The Wizard of Oz became an animated half-hour series filled with all the famous characters from four of the fourteen books which made Baum’s Oz one of the most memorable fantasy worlds ever created: Lion, Tinman, Scarecrow, and Dorothy and Toto, too. The all-original hand-drawn animated works featured voices of well-known Canadian actors, was narrated by Canadian actress Margot Kidder, and contained original music by Canadian Hagood Hardy.
