Produced at CTV’s Toronto affiliate CFTO-TV on a rink laid down in a large studio, the half-hour series was first seen in September 1976 on Tuesdays at 7:30pm. The following year it moved to 7:00pm; in 1978 it could be found on Fridays at 7:30pm, before moving back to Tuesdays at 7:30pm for the balance of its six-year run. Doug Crosley succeeded Trebek as host in 1980.
