This half hour program featured Doug Collins in a series of interviews with prominent Canadians. His guests included Rene Levesque on the subject of Quebec separatism [Levesque became Premier in 1976]; the former Auditor General Maxwell Henderson on government spending; Phil Givens, former mayor of Toronto, on the subject of Jews in Canada, and Roderick Haig-Brown, conservationist. The producer of Spotlight was Mike Poole.
