1979
Henry Leonard received a licence to operate a new AM station at Baie Comeau, operating on 790 kHz. Power would be 1,000 watts during the day and 250 watts at night. The new station would provide local news and a programming alternative to CHLC in Hauterive.
1980
CKBH went on the air using a Sintronic 1,000 watt SI-A-1S transmitter.
1982
CKBH closed down after only two years of operation.
