Station CFGC signed on the air on March 17 as Brantford’s first commercial radio station. Studios were in the Hotel Kerby. The CFGC call letters stood for Canada’s Finest Growing City.
1927
Financial difficulties forced CFGC off the air. Its final day of broadcasting was June 5.
