Aired Wednesday afternoons, after school, from February 4 to March 25,
1981; aired Monday afternoons from October 19 to December 28, 1981.
This half hour science show was aimed at children aged 8 to 12. It was
hosted by David Suzuki who had recently taken over as host of The Nature of
Things. This show offered answers to questions from viewers usually on
animal behaviour, technology and astronomy. A sample question might be:
why do stars twinkle?
Robots were the co-host for both seasons, Lustra and Ami, voiced by
Joan Stuart and Luba Goy respectively. The series was produced by
Denise Duncan, with music by Bill Ivenuik and animation by Neil
McInnes.
