Ceilidh [pronounced kay-lee], is Celtic for song exchange and you couldn’t get any more Celtic than by producing a show in Nova Scotia featuring a host wearing a kilt. John Allan Cameron was the featured star in the regional version of the show in 1973. Alasdair Gillies was the host for the network version of the show in 1974, that also featured the Cape Breton Fiddlers and the Ceilidh Dancers. A splendid time was guaranteed for all.
