There were two programs with the same name produced at CBC; one show was a short-lived series about architecture. The other was an afternoon program for homemakers, providing a range of entertainment and useful information with interviews and demonstrations. Anna Cameron and Fred Davis were the original hosts followed by Max Ferguson and Gwen Grant. A typical broadcast might include a review of a book by Tommy Tweed, a classical music performance with special guests and a new lesson in cooking by Mme. Jehane Benoit. Lorraine Thompson, who hosted her own talk show in the 1970s, was a fitness expert.
