2006
On April 21, Stillwater Broadcasting Ltd. received a licence to operate a new FM station at Swan River. It would offer 126 hours of programming in each broadcast week, of which 120 hours would be locally produced. The music format would feature selections from the 1960s to the present. The new station would broadcast on a frequency of 104.5 MHz with an effective radiated power of 210 watts.

2007
Approval was granted for the change in effective control of Stillwater Broadcasting Ltd. (owner of CJSB) from a control exercised by three shareholders to a legal control exercised by William Jens Gade.
2010
On November 24, the CRTC approved the application by Stillwater Broadcasting Ltd. to amend the licence for CJSB-FM Swan River in order to add a low-power FM transmitter in Benito. The new transmitter would operate on frequency 99.1 MHz (channel 256LP) with an effective radiated power of 50 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 24 metres). Stillwater stated that the addition of the new transmitter would allow it to adequately serve the population of Benito. It added that Benito was originally identified as part of CJSB-FM’s service area but that the station’s signal was not well received in that area.
2012
On August 17, the CRTC administratively renewed the licence of CJSB-FM to August 31, 2013.
