The TV show starred Nathalie Simard, Serge Thibodeau, Marie-Thérèse Fortin, Jacques Leblanc, Louis-Georges Girard and several other actors.
The main characters were: Nathalie (Nathalie Simard), Caboche (Nathalie’s best friend), Mademoiselle Bric-à-Brac (the woman who ran the general store), Beding-Bedang (the genie who lived in a lamp in Nathalie’s home), Monsieur Arrêt-Stop (who always carried his law books around with him), Rouge-à-Lèvres (the pretty mailbox), Professor Cric-Crac-Pot (who ate chocolate radishes) and of course, Gros-Bon-Sens (who would appear whenever Nathalie would call out “s.o.s. G.B.S.” to resolve the situation.
Pierre Gagnon was the Director of Le Village de Nathalie, while Jacques Michel and Ève Déziel wrote the music and the script, respectively.
