1966
CJSN signed on the air on December 6, operating with 1,000 watts day and 250 watts night on 1490 kHz.
1969
CKSW and CJSN were known as Southwest Saskatchewan Radio.
1973
CJSN was acquired by Frontier City Broadcasting.
1985
On January 17, CJSN was granted a night-time power increase, from 250 to 1,000 watts.
1994
Frontier City Broadcasting was purchased by Golden West Broadcasting.
1997
Kris Sheldon Mazurak joined CKSW / CIMG as program director and morning host on CIMG-FM. He had been at CHAB in Moose Jaw. Kris would also handle music duties for the Swift Current stations, CHAB and Shaunavon’s CJSN.
2002
On August 27 the CRTC renewed the licence for CJSN to August 31, 2008.
2010
On May 28, the CRTC renewed the licence of CJSN until August 31, 2016.
