1975
On April 10, Attic Broadcasting Co. Ltd. was given approval to operate a carrier current AM station at Sackville on 670 kHz with power of 20 watts.
1985
On August 12, Attic Broadcasting was authorized to operate a new FM station at Sackville on 106.9 MHz with effective radiated powwer of 50 watts. The new station would replace carrier current CHMA at Mount Allison University.
1985-86
Gary Greer became CHMA’s station manager. He had been with CFRC-FM in Kingston, Ontario.

CHMA-FM 106.9 signed on the air. The MA in the call sign: Mount Allison.
2007
On May 22 the CRTC renewed CHMA-FM’s licence until August 31, 2014.
